Heer app is developed by GMRM Technologies Ltd, a London based start-up focusing on creating new consumer products in mobile, wellness and VR spaces. Started in 2025, the company's main focus is on building Heer app with the hope of helping millions of people stay on top of their lives.

GMRM Technologies Ltd has two founders Maili Z and Maulik D who have worked in the tech space over 20 years and have finally found an outlet to grow.
